Philip Scheltens, MD, PhD, introduces a patient case study, which describes the journey of a patient with Alzheimer’s disease, from initial presentation to receiving a diagnosis. John Harrison, PhD, then describes the use of cognitive assessments in Alzheimer’s disease and the neuropsychological domains that should be assessed. He reviews the use and results of the cognitive assessments in the patient case study.
