Session Three: Overseeing the AD Journey: Managing Care

Jort Vijverberg, MD, presents on the topic of the treatment and monitoring of patients with AD. He outlines the available symptomatic and non-pharmacological treatment strategies, and he then discusses the current processes for monitoring treatment. He describes the integration of AD research with patient care through enrollment in clinical trials and registries. He finishes by highlighting the key development areas for the dementia care team for improving access to care.
